I. Consulting

1. There is a consultation service center in the out-patient hall with full-time medical staff working for you. If you have any questions, you can directly consult or ask for service.

II. 

1. Out-patient Registration Time

      From Monday to Sunday, 8:00 - 21:00.

Out-patient treatment date shall be the same date of registration date.

2. During registration, please inform the registrar about the patient’s basic condition for further triage. Patients without out-patient medical record booklet shall purchase one (1 RMB) during registration.

III. Medical advice:

1. Outpatient service time:

From Monday to Sunday (8:00 - 12:00 14:00-17:00)

2 .Treatment process

A. After registration, please go to the clinical department and wait in order.

B. Patients shall wait in sequential order. For special occasions, please consult with the out-patient doctor.

3. Kind reminder

A. The registration number is valid for out-patient service of the same date. Overdue registration number will be invalid.

B. Registration is also required for cases like return visit (check examine results), consultation, prescription and etc.

C. If you are not sure about the department you should register with, please find help from the consultation service center or medical guidance staff in advance, so as not to register with the wrong department and delay the treatment.

IV. Charge and Pharmacy

1. Charge: charge counter for out-patient is set in the out-patient service hall. Expenses for Western medicine, Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal medicine and routine examination and treatment can be paid directly to the charge counter.

   For patients covered by healthcare insurance, please show your “Healthcare Insurance Card” beforehand, so that your information can be uploaded to the Healthcare Insurance Center in time for reimbursement.

3. Pharmacy: please line up at the pharmacy on the 1^st floor to take medicine. Please carefully check the name, specification, dosage form and quantity of the medicine, and timely communicate with the dispenser if you have any questions.

Place: Laboratory window on the 2^nd floor
